Responsibilities

Understand the company’s direction and focus, in particular the marketing strategy.


1. Digital marketing

  • Manage the company's digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media marketing and digital partnership

  • Manage the digital budget and constantly optimise to achieve the best results

  • Either manage directly or through marketing agency


2. Build the long-term digital marketing capability by

  • Managing the company’s branding in the digital space

  • Website development


3. Analysis & reporting

  • Work out the KPIs with the Head of Marketing

  • Monitor, track and report regular on the progress of the KPIs

  • Analyse the marketing effort and expenses in relation to the KPIs and propose further actions


4. Assist in general marketing activities

  • Assist in ad-hoc offline marketing activities


Reporting Line

  • Report to Head of Marketing

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing in China, Hong Kong and Singapore

  • Interests and experiences in travel

  • Sales and result oriented

  • Creativity

Salary Range

S$3,500 - 4,500 per month
